About this Dog
Meet Indigo and his cool ears! Indigo is in a NJ foster home. Indigo was adopted through Wag On Inn about 4 years ago, but returned after his family had a baby. Indigo is a smart boy and very receptive to training. Indigo is friendly with other dogs . He visited doggy day care and dog parks with his former family and did well. He is a little nervous on car rides, but tolerates it. Indigo is well behaved at home, affectionate, crate trained and is house trained. Indigo has developed some stranger danger and has also developed a habit of guarding his home, crate and/or toys. He does well meeting people out in public. He also has some nipping/herding instincts based on his breed we believe. His foster mom is working with a trainer on this so we can improve on this behavior challenge. Indy is doing so well with training and we are proud of him! We are happy to share his training plan! Indigo will require an adopter willing to continue his training and manage his meets with new friends to ensure success. Indigo is up to date with vaccines, preventatives, and is microchipped and neutered. Could this handsome sweet guy be your new best friend? Indigo's adoption fee is $450. How to Adopt Me! If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to wagoninn.rescuegroups.org . Click on the orange Online Adoption Application button to fill out an application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon!
