WELCOME TO CAMP COCKER RESCUE, TERRY! TERRY is a male Cocker Spaniel Freedom Flyer from South Korea. Terry is part of a special group of 3 Cocker Spaniels that are flying into SEATTLE from South Korea on May 3, 2024. All three were rescued by our international rescue partners from South Korea, known as the COCKER MOMS, providing our Pacific Northwest followers a more convenient opportunity to adopt a Camp Cocker dog! Here’s what the Cocker Moms have shared about Terry: - Terry was rescued from HwaSeong, from an illegal puppy mill, in a crackdown by the authorities. He has lived tied up outside for most of his life - and was also used as a male sperm donor. Despite his living conditions, he was found to be healthier than anticipated. All of his tests came back negative, with some minor ear and skin issues, and he has now been neutered. He weighs 9.5kg (21lbs). His previous foster family in S Korea has a young child, and he seems to like adults and children. (Note that CCR always urges caution whenever there’s going to be a young child in the home of a potential adopter.) Terry’s Seattle foster family tells us: - Terry is settled in and doing great! - He's been super respectful of the cats so I think he can for sure live in a home with cats. - Did well meeting the other pups too. - He is a marker so he's wearing a belly band. - Terry is very sweet, and timid, and is learning everything from scratch! - Terry’s age is now estimated to be 7-8 years old by the Seattle veterinarian. *Please note that any age provided is only an estimate, based on veterinary examination. TERRY IS BEING FOSTERED IN SEATTLE ADOPTERS WILL NEED TO TRAVEL TO SEATTLE TO PICK HIM UP Stay tuned for updates about Terry as we learn more about him. Adopt Terry and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Terry's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Terry's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Terry, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Terry's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Terry was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Terry’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Terry’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Terry’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
