This makes the bonded sister pair of Firefly and Marigold rare! Though they may look quite similar at first glance, Marigold boasts a slightly darker hue than her sister Firefly, making it easy to tell these sisters apart. And true to their sisterly bond, they couldn't be more different—Marigold finds comfort in the simple pleasure of kneading biscuits on a soft blanket, while Firefly fearlessly explores new territories. Currently residing in our quiet room, Firefly and Marigold are settling in beautifully. It's not uncommon to catch a glimpse of them snuggled up together, basking in the comfort of their bond. Both girls enjoy gentle pets and affection from their human companions. While Firefly may require a bit more time to acclimate to her surroundings, her sweet nature continues to shine through. They will thrive in a tranquil environment, making them the perfect match for a quiet home without young children or dogs. While they get along well with other cats, they usually only have time for each other, even in the presence of other feline friends—just ask the bigger male kitty who learned firsthand that Firefly's favorite spot is reserved exclusively for her sister! Once settled, Firefly and Marigold enjoy indulging in playtime with wand toys, mice, and springs, and chasing each other through tunnels. After verifying the adoption, Marigold AND Firefly's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Marigold AND Firefly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Marigold AND Firefly’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
