About this Dog
I have helped raise Nezer since he was a puppy, just a few months old. He is an EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and affectionate dog most of the time, however, he is also very strong and energetic. Due to some very recent circumstances in the past few months, after being neutered and not being properly taken care of/ his needs being met for exercise, attention, and training, he has developed some food aggression and aggression towards being locked in his kennel. He also has a bite history with me these past few months since he developed those aggressive behaviors, and because of that no humane society, and even many foster-based, no-kill shelters have said they are unwilling to take him. I'm not willing to give up on Nezer because I TRULY BELIEVE that with proper exercise, attention, and training he is still MORE THAN ABLE to be rid of his recent aggressive behaviors, especially because even now, when his food dish is handled properly and he is given exercise and attention, he is SO FRIENDLY AND AFFECTIONATE AMD JUST WANTS A FRIEND - you would never be able to guess that he's begun to struggle with some highly treatable aggression. Honestly, I believe that the BEST possible living situation for Nezer would be on a FARM, where he can run outside all day, herd cattle like he's meant to, and be social, because that's what he is BRED to do, and he does it all VERY WELL! If that's not possible however, I do believe that with an experienced dog owner that is willing and able to give him the proper exercise, love, and training he needs, Nezer is MORE THAN CAPABLE of being a GREAT DOG for the family, and is well worth being given a second chance that I am not able to give him myself!

After verifying the adoption, Nezer's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Nezer was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Nezer’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
