Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Be warned. Iris Cat's in Need takes healthy homed cats and adopts with a 'cash donation' of £50 plus. Our darling was mistakenly taken to them and the rehomed her unfairly in less than a week then treated us like dirt not returning her. This was at Xmas with 2 children who were devastated. We begged and begged and they were heartless. Terrible place. Horrible people who do not take cat's real welfare in to consideration. It's cruelty. Our beloved cat must have been so scared and we will never forgive them for the tragedy they never helped but belittled us instead.
