Refund Policy

Every payment to The nØkill Network is optional: featured listings, contributions to a pet's stash, and donations. If you change your mind, for any reason, you can refund it yourself from Your payments in your account, no questions asked.

Recent card and PayPal payments are refunded at once; older ones are refunded by our team within 2 business days. Refunds usually show on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Contributions to a pet's stash can be refunded until the stash has been given to the family who adopted the pet.
