About this Cat
Looking to find a home for Mittens! She’s 2 year's old, healthy, loving, but does not do well with children. Unfortunately, she can’t stay in the situation she is in now but she could be a great cat for a household without children. I will pay for any rehoming costs and even referral fees if anyone can send a good home my way. She is up to date on shots, clean, uses the litter box and does not damage furniture. Mittens loves sitting in the window and will often watch as we drive away and be there waiting excitedly when we return. She doesn't have a normal meow and but loves to say hello with her unique high-pitched grumble. Her coat is beautiful and soft and she likes to flaunt it by spreading herself out in the middle of an open space and watch as you move around her. She has a favorite toy named "kill baby," which is a stuffed mouse she hides and carries around with her. She will often hoard her toys in an area of her choosing and bring them out to play when she wants attention. It's also no surprise that Mittens loves to eat, and perhaps her most adorable trait is her "food dance." Whenever you pour a bowl of dry food she will march to it and look up at you to pet her. Once you do, she will purr like an engine and bounce back and forth on her two front feet while she eats. Despite the photo, she is completely sober. Drinking a Corona is also a coincidence. Mittens has no opinions or input on either the health or economic impact of the COVID-19 virus.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Mittens's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Mittens was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Mittens’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
