About this Dog
Need a home for a sweet girl, approximately 4 year old, spayed, black pit bull. Has been in a pen for nearly a year with her lifelong companion,a small female heeler mix who is also spayed, unsure of her age. The two were abandoned by owners, left with my elderly parents. My father has passed away. My mother can not care for them properly or give them the attention they need. The pit bull and the heeler are very sweet, and in our opinion bonded. Would love to see them adopted together. A small pen with only being fed and watered daily and no other attention is no life. Both dogs were house dogs at one time. Both love to fetch sticks. I have no concerns about these dogs, especially the pit,being mean. If anything her friend the heeler mix,bullies her. She was penned because there are other larger dogs who attacked her. I do worry about what being penned up will do to her. Can you help or give these dogs a loving home?
