About this Dog
Koda is a 15 month old American Akita. His birthday is August 23rd 2018. He has been with us since he was about 6 months old. All we know about his history is that he had one owner before us and it was a couple without kids. He is kennel trained but is not very fond of it as we believe the previous owners may have had him in there a little to much. We don't kennel him unless we have to. He will come with his kennel and food and any accessories we have. we're not completely sure on his weight but believe he is between 90 and 100 lb currently. We have a family with four children so he is used to family and used to younger children but hes hit his adulthood and is a little rowdy for our household. He loves attention and he loves company and when everyone is gone at my house during the day he is not getting enough. He gets bored easy and doesn't like to be left alone. He is always been very protective of our baby from the minute he seen her so we feel he is a great protector. He barely barks so you know there is something going on if he does. We just have a big household and not enough people pitching in to take care of him and he is quite a job as big as he is. We want him to go to someone who will love him and give him all the attention he deserves. He is still in the early stages where he is easily trainable and he does know a few tricks. He is no doubt extremely smart especially in finding a way out if he wants to! Yes, He knows how to open doors.

After verifying the adoption, Koda's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Koda was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Koda’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
