About this Cat
Misti was found left as a kitten stray in a park. My oldest lab found her and we brought her home. I took her to our vet to check if she was microchipped and healthy. The vet believes she is a purebred Russian Blue. She wasn’t chipped so we decided to keep her. Her birthday is April 12, 2013. She is 6 years old. She grew up with my oldest lab and our puppy lab who is the same age as her. Misti stopped liking my youngest lab that she grew up with because he wants to play with her but is to rough. She started to act out, because stressed. I tried separating them and giving her a area of her own. But she still continued to seem stressed. I have her temporarily with a friend who has two cats of her own. Misti gets along with both of them just fine. She plays with them both and she is happy with other cats. My friend cannot keep her so I am trying to find her a dog free home, preferably with another cat. She’s a sweet, loving, ball of fur. She deserves the best.

After verifying the adoption, Misti's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Misti was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Misti’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
