About this Dog
Ive been sheltering this abandoned female spayed dog so she wouldn't get shot. Owner was found via vet by chip, but he denied she was his claiming paperwork was wrong. Vet was sent adoption papers showing dogs pic with his signature in 2016. She may be about 4 years old. We have no shelter here and no surrounding shelter will take outside their own county and are full. So now I am stuck with a dog I can not keep. She has been here since early Sept. I finallly took her back to the vet to get vaccinations and she is heart worm free. So she is now officially mine. I have 4 older smaller older dogs and she is fine with them. She was skiddish with tail between legs but warmed up pretty fast and is very protective. She will warm up to strangers and will fall over for a belly rub. She is very affectionate and cant seem to get enough. She loves to ride, chase squirrels and rabbits. She could not stay free roaming here and my yard is not big enough to satisfy her and would rather be inside with us anyway, staying close to us, than in the little boring back yard! I have no trees or squirrels inside my fence. She is not getting enough exercise. She needs an area to roam and run. A FARM preferably, or at least several acres. We were trying to walk her down the road with a harness & leash, but was too strong for me and then pulled my husband down to the ground wanting to chase a squirrel, therefore she will not even get those walks now. I never thought we would have her this long. We are an elderly couple and I am with a few health problems. She is NOT crate trained. Two people were trying to pull her into one at an adoption event. She did not budge, and they tugged till she started to growl, so we left. I dont have a crate or kennel anyway, but she is trainable and very used to our routines. SMART. Not totally sure of exact breed. Old adoption papers said Harrier, but she looks nothing like that. She is energetic and playful, but I myself am not that able to do so.

For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Anna Bell was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Anna Bell’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family.
