About this Dog
Please give her a better life. She's about 8 years old. She's a high-energy, goofy dog. She was originally adopted from a kill-shelter to prevent her from being killed. However, since then she'd been living in less-than ideal conditions. She's living in an small apartment and is confined to a small room. We have 12 hour shifts where she has to stay in a kennel. It's absolutely awful. We've tried our best to give her what little happiness we can give but recently our workplace has made it where we have to work 6 days stretches. This is no place for a dog to live, but we don't feel it is our place to say that she does not deserve life because of where life has led her. This has been wearing on her mentally. It absolutely breaks our heart. Because of how our life has been lately, she's been really struggling now with being house-trained. We have tried to adopt her out before but no takers. She does have some behavioral issues. (NO biting, she is just very dominant, and boisterous. (She throws her body around and can hurt people on accident.) She has a hard time being nice to other dogs that aren't submissive. She has to be the boss. Please. She deserves some happiness in her later years. I want her to at least know what it's like to run and play in a yard. I don't want her to die living like this. She is absolutely miserable here and we cannot afford a new home. We love her but we just want what's best for her.

After verifying the adoption, Sootaa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sootaa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sootaa’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
