About this Cat
My name is Bones and I am approximately seven years old. I have hyperthyroidism which is easily treated with inexpensive medication. I am FIV negative and up to date on all my shots, and my latest urinalysis came back clean on 8/17/2019. Since I am a mature cat, I spend most of my day lounging on/next to anyone who happens to be home. I have excellent litter box and scratching post manners, and I tolerate other cats well. I am somewhat vocal if I am hungry, but I’ll let you sleep at least until your alarm goes off! I was found recently as a stray and because of my medical condition I was near death. My foster dad brought me home, got me medication, and I’ve gained two pounds in three weeks! I cannot stay at my current home because of pet limitations in the apartment complex, but my foster dad would love to keep me because I’m so well behaved! I am particularly fond of Fancy Feast Ocean Whitefish and Tuna Pate and just about any other canned food there is.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Bones's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Bones was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Bones’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
