About this Dog
This is my new buddy, Asher! (My son named him 'Ash' because I wouldn't agree to calling him Pikachu!) He is looking for his forever family and would love to meet you!! He's probably about 4-5 months old, weighs 40lbs, and stands about 18" at his shoulder... he's going to be a big guy someday! Someone didn't realize the treasure he is and left him in the ditch on a dirt road. He is adorable, lovable, sweet and really wants to make you happy. He's learning to sit and has been doing a pretty good job of not making a mess inside! He's not a "chaser" and has been around cats, kids, cows, smaller and larger dogs and even chickens! He's AWESOME and will make a great dog for the right family. We feel very lucky to have had the chance to get to know him for the past week. He is very much a gentle giant in the making. He is equal parts nap-master and playful pup, but he has a pretty calm demeanor overall. He loves having other dogs around! I believe he would do best in a family where he isn’t the only pet.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Asher's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Asher was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Asher’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
