About this Dog
Hershey is a wonderful dog, and I'm not just saying that to get rid of her. She has been a wonderful companion for the last 8 years. When I first got her she was a rescue and moved into our large family of six. For the last 3 years she has been couped up in a small apartment with no yard. I work all day and since we are no longer and family she has had no company. She needs a better life which I cannot provide. She needs a real family with kids and someone who will take on the responsibility I thought I had. With the right family she will be your forever best friend. She loves to snuggle, needs to be close to someone and sleeps under the blankets. She loves fetch. She's potty trained. Very social and allows cats to swipe her without attacking them back. She has to biggest kindest brown eyes and just needs constant attention that a big family can provide. She probably also misses the companionship of other dogs and a large yard. She never was a runner. Infact when the other dogs broke out she'd run inside and whine to let us know. I have fed her grain free her whole life, gave her flea meds during season, and kept her nails up. She doesn't have any medical issues and is in perfect health. I've been weighing this option of letting her go for over a year now and have came close many times. I'm worried she'll end up with a family that will hurt her or not treat her the best. I have to stop thinking this way and let her go for her own good. She'll miss me but she's good at adapting and loves everyone she meets. I hope to find her the best home.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Hershey's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hershey was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hershey’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
