About this Dog

Clyde will turn 4 on April 10th 2019. He loves to be with his family and is in need of a place he can call his new home. He needs up to-date yearly shots and registration; that ran out in December 2018. He is our family's best friend! An incident occurred in my home that lead to Clyde biting a guest in my home. My home insurance has requested the removal of Clyde or we will be uninsurable. He needs a second chance at a good life, and it breaks my heart that it is not with me and my 12 year old son. He has been with us in our home since he was only weeks old, so yes he is like my second child. He has been on a special poultry free, and grain free food due to his severe allergy to poultry. He tends to have anxiety when he is left alone but seems to calm when he is with other animals (like any dog). I got two kittens to help with his anxiety and contain him in my utility room with the kittens when we have to leave for too long. This seems to calm him. My nephew was 1 1/2 years old when Clyde came into our lives. He loves his family! To Clyde's savior I will provide a brand new bag of dog food so you will know what kind he eats, and all of the toys and tools he still hasn't chewed up. He loves hugs, so please give him a chance.

Adopt Clyde and Receive Dogecoin

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Clyde's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

How will Clyde receive the Dogecoin?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Clyde, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Clyde's Dogecoin here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Clyde was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Clyde’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

What happens to unclaimed funds?

We want the Clyde’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Clyde’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
