About this Dog
Found in September of this year as a stray at a local shelter, she was originally meant to be a companion animal to our older beagle. She is a great dog and gets along fine with other dogs, but has most likely experienced past trauma and over time has become territorial and aggressive towards our original dog. So we are hoping to re-home her and are looking for help doing that. Ideally she needs a home without another dog. She is approximately 2 years old and does not chew on anything but her toys and has never had an accident in the house. She knows all the basic commands (but is still learning her new name). She is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations and has been on heartgard/frontline since September. Her only issue before was food aggression which is easily managed by creating a consistent routine. She will come with everything you need, and has been micro-chipped.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Des's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Des was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Des’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
