About this Dog
We rescued Emma in 2013, the week before Thanksgiving. She was going to be used to make puppies to sell. We were able to purchase her freedom and she has been a beautiful, faithful friend for now, in her 10th year with us. She is used to other dogs and cats, but she needs warm up time for each individual. She loves to cuddle, hates getting her nails clipped, and she has had a mammary tumor in a rear teet for over a year. Surgery was declined due to her age, and she is in no pain. She has had no surgeries, no illnesses and she is up to date on her immunizations. So in short , she is a pure Boxer, almost 10, no medications, no surgeries, mammary tumor that is visual disturbance only, and nail cutting is her least favorite activity. She doesn't like fast and pokey children, but has never bit anyone. She likes other animals after she has been introduced a few times to warm up. She is a good watch dog, door alarm. We need to find her a home, because we need to move in my 84 year old dad, and he does not like dogs, but also he wanders and he is stealth, has dementia and will startle her then she will think he is an intruder. We need to find her a loving home for the end of her life's journey.

After verifying the adoption, Emma Jean's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Emma Jean was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Emma Jean’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
