About this Cat
Sandford is about 12 years old. He is a really loving cat. We have moved a lot in the past couple years. Which we believe has caused him some anxiety to the point where he is a little underweight, excessively licks and scratches himself to the point of blisters. He seems to calm one blister down and start on another. We have used preventive measures to try and stop him, but my wife and I are so busy with our careers and toddler daughter that we can't give him the proper care he needs. He also tends to be finicky about his litter box and will pee and poop on the floor at times if it's not cleaned regularly. Which again is difficult for us because we have little time and two cats using a big box. He has lost a lot of his teeth due to possible gingivitis and has not been to the vet in years. He is an indoor cat and he is loved by all of us here. I take care of him the most as my wife works long hours. Although I do as well at times. I believe a lot of these issues could be solved by someone who has more time on there hands to take care of him properly. I suspect he could easily live another 5 plus years because other then the issues I stated above he doesn't that I know of have any major issues. So someone who can give him proper food preferably wet food because of his teeth. Someone who will clean his litter box everyday and take him to the vet regularly. Someone who will give him a lot of attention. He loves hugging and belly rubs. I wish we had the time to properly take care of him, but at this time in our lives it's not fair to him for us to continue to have him around. He would also be fine by himself as his sister cat doesn't particularly like him that much. So I think a home with just him would be ideal.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sandford was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sandford’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
