About this Dog
Date into Rescue: 12/31/2019 - Zeva will be ready for adoption by 2/14/20 Reason for being in rescue: Zeva was surrendered by her breeder to Carolina Poodle Rescue. Zeva is an F3 shepadoodle but she has more of the shepherd than poodle look. However, she is a very low shedding dog. Not hypoallergenic, but nowhere near the shedding of a german shepherd. What that means - a purebred German Shepherd is mated with a purebred Poodle to produces a litter of Shepadoodles (F1 generation). Two F1 Shepadoodles are bred to produce an F2 generation Shepadoodle, and two F2 dogs are crossed to produce an F3 litter . Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet SC Special Needs? None noted Weight: est 45 lb Height: est 24 in Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $399 Fence needed? Yes What kind of home would be best for me? Zeva needs an experienced dog owner who has another large dog. Zeva has only known life as a breeding animal and is learning what it means to be a pet. Everything is a new experience for her. She needs the confidence of an experienced human and the leadership of another large dog to grow into a companion. Zeva is a very active girl and needs an active owner. What is my personality like? Zeva is a sweet and loving dog. She loves to play with her best friend Ezzy and definitely follows Ezzy's lead. Zeva is passive with other dogs. She doesn't mind other dogs being in her face and is typically eager to follow and play. Zeva has a lot to learn about being a pet. We are still learning how to walk on a leash. She was very timid in the beginning, especially being outside but she knows the routine now and is very responsive with it. She will howl when she needs to go potty! She is doing well with her crate training, though she does have occasional accidents. Routine is very, very important for this girl. Zeva really enjoys toys, but she will chew them to pieces if given the chance. How do I act when I first meet new people? Zeva is timid when she first meets new people. It takes her some time to warm up. She is better when another dog is with her. Other tips and tidbits: Zeva's birthday is 5/17/2015. Zeva will be ready for adoption on or around 2/14/20. She is inline to be spayed. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.

Adopt Zeva and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zeva's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Zeva's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Zeva, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Zeva's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zeva was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zeva’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Zeva’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zeva’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
