About this Dog
Murtaugh is still a puppy! He was born August 2020. His human passed away this past April and my husband and myself have tried to keep him, but we are team long haul truckers and that's not a really good environment for a dog his size. He needs a farm or sizeable backyard to stretch his long legs. He's up to date on all of his shots and spayed/neutered. He's a very picky eater, so it's really hard to find a dog food he will actually eat. He understands English and German commands e.g. sit, down, stay, up. He has never been around children, so I would recommend that he goes to a household with adults only, or for farm work/herding, as he is mixed with Great Pyrenees and he's happier being outside doing his own thing. He's never been around other dogs, so I honestly can't say how he will react to others dogs. He has been around cats and he's great with them, though he tends to try to corral and herd them lol. I really feel this guy deserves better than being cramped up in a semi 6 out of 7 days a week. He needs and deserves a better life than being stuck in a semi.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Murtaugh was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Murtaugh’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
