About this Dog
This sweet girl was given the name Winnifred which happens to mean joy and peace in the Welsh language. How appropriate for this girl. She truly will bring joy to a family. She was found by an animal control officer in the south, taken to a shelter but never claimed. A rescue organization saved her because they too saw the joy she could bring to a family. At around one year of age, Winnifred weighs in at about 35 pounds. She is considered to be a Terrier mix. Of course, that could mean lots of possibilities but when you look at her face it doesn’t matter because you are immediately drawn to her soulful brown eyes which beckon you to get to know her. She has such a gentle looking face with markings that are perfectly symmetrical. She has the ability to raise and lower her ears depending on what she is thinking. Her short coat is brown and white, with some areas a blend of those colors. Winnifred has been living in a foster home with other dogs and kids. She gets along just fine, thank you very much! She loves to play and hang out with them. Her energy level is what you would expect for this age pup: medium. So, time to play and then time to nap. In spite of being abandoned she has not lost her confidence. She has put the past behind her and is moving forward towards a new life. Her foster mom has been working on crate, leash, and house training skills. Winnifred has been making progress as she likes to please her caretaker. She will need to continue these areas of training as well as socialization skills with someone who has the patience, time, and energy to work with her. It will require the right guidance and the result will be a very sweet loyal companion. If you would like to add some joy to your life, Winnifred might just be the right pup for you! Read on! The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fees. Interested in adopting Winnifred? Adopt Winifred and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Winifred's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Winifred's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Winifred, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Winifred's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Winifred was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Winifred’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Winifred’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Winifred’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
