About this Dog

I dont know much about him he was a stray and I brought him home thinking I might be able to find his owner or a new owner but have not had any luck and now he got sick not sure what it is but it might be his heart and I don't have the money to take him to the vet but lady that lives in my town she a vet tech she has been helping me as much as she can but she thinks it a his heart and again I just can't afford to take and get him the help he would need
