About this Dog
Daisy is an 80 lbs, spayed female, microchipped and crate trained. She's up to date on her shots and heartworm prevention. Very energetic: loves loves loves playtime with squeaky toys and lots of room to run. Unfortunately, she is aggressive towards my smallest and older 55 lbs Amstaff and has to be Rehomed ASAP! She shows no aggression towards my large male dog (80 lbs Pit mix) or the 100 lbs male Pit from her Foster Family. With boredom, Daisy can become a destructive escape Artist. Therefore, her mind has to be constantly stimulated. Even after making Daisy the Alpha, she still doesn't prefer the smallest dog to get any attention. Daisy is protective of Family Members and trained. She will thrive best in a home that has Active Family Members with children who enjoy long walks and Daily playtime; preferably have no other dogs unless it is a large male dog. Daisy does really well at the Vet, Daycare, Kennels/Boarding Facilities and with large male dogs. Rehoming is imminent! I will provide her favorite toys and other accessories upon adoption. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Daisy Mae was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Daisy Mae’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Daisy Mae’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Daisy Mae’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
