Dana and Annie Mae are just as fantastic in personality as they are in their beauty. They are a bonded pair who love each other dearly, and who get along and play together just beautifully. Dana and Annie Mae are happy, fun, spirited little girls, who make every day delightful and brighter. They have silly, playful sides, and Annie Mae plays cutely with toys. They are cuddly, and super sweet and friendly. Dana gives wonderful little kisses and enjoys belly rubs. Spending time with these girls is pure joy and truly heartwarming. Dana is the smaller, lighter color girl. She is a Pomeranian, about 4 1/2 years old and 9 pounds. Annie Mae is a Shih Tzu/Pomeranian mix, about 3 1/2 years old and 10 pounds. They have not yet learned to walk on leashes, so their new home should have a fenced yard. They get along well with other nice, little dogs. Dana and Annie Mae have been at the rescue about 2 years, getting passed on for our Shih Tzus time and time again. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dana & Annie Mae was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dana & Annie Mae’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dana & Annie Mae’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dana & Annie Mae’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
