A little about me. I am an animal activist, writer and 'friend' owner of 7 furry thingz, formally 9, but I lost my doggy to old age and the oldest kitty to cancer. All my cats are rescues, except for four kittens born at home. What I believe we need to end this painfull recycling is a NATIONAL REGISTRY for animal abusers and MUCH HARSHER PUNISHEMT AND REPOSESSION OF BELONGINGS IF THE CAN'T PAY for the abusers and neglectors.
Animal police is in order. The cities who say they can't pay = LIE
The money is there if they wanted to. All shelters need to be no kill - otherwise they are no better than the abusers. That's my two cents.
