WE NEED LAWS IN PLACE FOR ANIMAL ABUSERS THAT WE HAVE IN PLACE FOR CHILD ABUSERS !! They can keep track of child abusers, we all know that animal abuse is a predecessor to child abuse, so 1. why don't we keep track of those who abuse animals who may turn to children, 2 why let a person abuse and end up killing an anmal only to be able ot go to a pet store or shelter to get another animal to do the same thing! The animal abusers are just the worse criminals because most of them are either not discovered until the animal or animals are dead, or if they are caught, the laws are so minimal that it dont count. They are back on the street within hours. Only with enough voices will the laws change and animals that God put on earth for us to PROTECT actually be protected.
