N.O.A.H. Animal Adoption and Spay/Neuter Center is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable dogs and cats by transferring these homeless pets from shelter partners. We are also committed to “Building a Bond for Life” between pets and their families through pet adoptions, dog training, low-income spaying and neutering, humane education, and volunteer programs.
