Louisiana Westie Rescue is a organization dedicated to providing medical needs and adoption services for abandoned, abused and neglected West Highland White Terriers. They come from homes that can no longer care for them for various reasons, shelters and puppymill situations. All deserve a family of their own and lots of love! Westie Rescue is an all volunteer organization which is funded by donations. We do not have a shelter, the Westies are fostered in volunteer's homes until adoption. All dogs are spayed or neutered and receive complete vet care before placement if they have not before coming into rescue
