Who we are
Illinois Valley Cat Taxi is a non-profit organization and no-kill cat shelter in Mendota, IL helping to alleviate the cat overpopulation crisis in our area through low-cost spay/neuter services and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). Our spay/neuter service is offered to anyone regardless of area or income, and to both indoor and outdoor cats.
