Denver Animal Foundation
The Denver Animal Foundation (DAF) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1996 to:
*Improve the quality of care provided to animals housed at Denver animal shelters;
*Reduce the number of animals euthanized;
*Increase the placement of adoptable animals in good homes;
*Provide materials, goods, services, and facility improvements that directly enhance the welfare of the animals.
We believe that through education, veterinary care, and spay/neuter programs, the number of unwanted animals in the City and County of Denver can be reduced, and the welfare of many animals can be improved.
